All of this jazz about Julie & Julia has certainly whet America's appetite for French cuisine, and in particular, Boeuf Bourgignon. The perfect dish for the long, chilly evenings that autumn and winter offer us, this French beef stew with wine sauce is also the most Burgundian of all recipes. It therefore pairs perfectly with any number of our Louis Latour Pinot Noirs and is even more authentically enchanting when you use quality red Burgundy in the stew (although Julia Child's recipe recommends Chianti!).
