The Grand Cru vineyard Blanchots is to be found just to the southeast of the other Grand Crus. The wines produced from this vineyard tend to be somewhat more delicate and scented than the others. With 6 months in oak this wine has plenty of zesty steel but also a marvellous stylishness married to a certain restraint.
