Sought after by the most avid Parisian brasseries, Brouilly is abundant in fruit with cassis, raspberry and ripe grapes on the palate. This is a wine to be enjoyed in its youth, within the next two to three years.
The nose is dominated by red fruits, most notably wild strawberries. In the mouth the fruit is crisp and the touch of acidity gives this Brouilly great freshness. Spicy notes on the finish.
