Tasting Notes
This gamay has an intense, fruity flavor and crisp acidity with a generous, full-bodied appeal to the palate and a persistent fruity finish. It smells and tastes like a cup full of fresh raspberries. Deep blood-red in colour with a smoky bouquet of cherries. Rounded in the mouth. Good balance between the acidity and silky tannins.
